Sol Coffee was a dream come true at our wedding. We were married on October 27th and I envisioned our guests grabbing lattes & apple cider before sitting down for the ceremony and they did just that. We also had the coffee cart open during cocktail hour since most of our guests don’t drink alcohol - it was the perfect addition to our day. Carissa was quick to respond, answered all of our questions and even let us customize our coffee sleeves. She also recommended we make a couple of “custom” drinks that added another special touch to our day. The day of, our guests not only raved about the coffee but also about the gals who were making and serving the drinks. They were kind, professional and came dressed for the part too.
